| For the first time, Cooperative Communities is offering nine Coachlamp townhomes in addition to the 71 homes in the cooperative building. We have two available floor plans for the Coachlamp homes; one floor plan is 976 square feet and the other is 1,313 square feet. The homes attached to the cooperative building range in size from 926 square feet to 2,299 square feet. Both the Coachlamp townhomes and the cooperative homes give you access to all of the resort-style amenities that are a part of Gramercy Club.
The resort-style amenities at Gramercy Club of Bloomington are designed specifically with active adults 55 and better in mind. Amenities include: party room, outdoor patio with grills, pub room, virtual golf center, guest quarter, fitness center, business center, studio, woodworking shop, gardening areas, underground heated parking, car wash bay, storage areas, and much more!
