Gramercy Chester Creek
The construction of one of Cooperative Communities’ newest properties begins in the spring of 2008. Gramercy at Chester Creek is a limited-equity cooperative located in Duluth at the corner of Arrowhead and Rice Lake Roads. The building is surrounded by protected wetlands and the Snowflake Cross Country Trails. The building will be completed in the spring of 2009.
